Reserving does not fully rent a space. Due to our upgraded security policy, we now review everyone's account info before we issue gate codes. To speed up our approval process, please upload a copy of your driver's license where it asks for a photo ID (You can combine your proof of ownership with your photo ID). We will also be sending you a separate email through Docusign with our storage lot agreement. This MUST be signed and submitted before we can approve you.
Whatever item is being stored with us, you must have some form of documentation proving you own it... for example; registration, title, dealership paperwork, etc. We will also reach out to request a copy of your registration, title or dealership document.
Daytime approval usually can be completed in an hour or two if we have all of the required info. Late night or weekend approvals, please allow us 24 hours for us to review them. Sunday's our office is closed, we will return your phone calls on Monday, so approvals will also be done on Monday.
